re-attaching fender

I'm hoping someone has figured out a simple solution for this.
The rear left fender on my motor home is loose due to it wearing away the fiberglass. Where once was a hole, there now is a slot. That fender is too large to remove has gives little range of motion. Any ideas??

Thanks,

Bill

Hello Bill, You are going to have to do /make a repair on it, where the slot is using a fiberglass repair kit or maybe some 2 part epoxy, then sand/file it down(This sand/file work depends on your applacation) then re-drill the hole.

I used JB Weld and then clamps to hold it in place until the epoxy set up. A thousand miles or so and still holding.
