Rear camera on 2000 fleetwood

I wonder if anyone has experienced this problem. When in rains while traveling it is almost like water is in lens. Very hard to see anything and almost impossible most times. A while after it stops raining it clears rite up. Always the same when raining. Is this normal or can i do something to correct this very uncomfortable situation?? THANKS for any help !!!! Mine gets a little foggy and takes about a day to dry out. Might have to figure out how to add a little more shielding around it

No idea about your camera or it's physical configiration. Mine is situated behind the end cap, which has a hood and a protective piece of glass over the camera lens, the whole setup keeps the entire camera out of the weather. However, in hard rain, water will accumulate on the glass obscuring my vision. I of couse clean the glass when it gets dirty.

If your camera is out in the open, not much you can do until the rain stops.

If you mean your display acts up during rain, then it sounds like water may be getting into the video cable connection on the camera.

Ours show rain on the lens when in heavy rain. I think it's the nature of the beast. As you said, it clears up after the rain stops.
