Rear view Safety camera systems

Looking to replace my existing Bk/up camera and monitor. RVS seems to have what I need at an affordable price, but when I call for clarity on exactly what to buy I don't get a warm fuzzy feeling. It's as if their call center reps are scripted. I asked for someone more experienced and was told there was no need for that because she had watched all the product video's. Yikes !!

I want a camera system that will make me feel safer changing lanes day & night. I drive a Class A - 37' Bounder DP and often tow a small 4x5 trailer. Backing up, I usually have help and use my mirrors. The major concern for me is seeing my blind spots when driving and changing lanes. Any one have an RVS system on their rig ? Any advice an clarity would be appreciated !!!

Contact RV Cams. www.rvcams.com. I think they are in Louisiana. They have helped me out several times.

What ever system you get if it uses RCA plugs they are not waterproof. Like to go to the beech, oops salt water mist!

I replaced my OE system with an RVS system purchased through Costco. I could not use the OE cable so I strung the RVS supplied cable and rearranged three wires in the under dash plug. No complaints what so ever since the upgrade over 1 1/2 years ago. Excellent color picture, day and night. I posted a detailed account of my installation over a year ago.I had good tech support from RVS when I called with a question.
