Recommendations for sewer hose
Hi all,
I need a new sewer hose and don’t want some cheap junk. Looking for recommendations.
Thanks,!

I currently have the RhinoFlex and it has performed well for 3 years so far. If I needed to replace it, I would either buy the same thing or possibly one of the Valterra hoses, either Dominator or Viper.

Recommendations for sewer hose
Greg, X2 on harley's thoughts. I think the Rhinoflex and the Valterra Dominator are the best values. I have one section of each. I bought the Dominator section because it has slightly less bulky fittings than the Rhino, and I have a rather tight connection fit in my water bay. The bayonet fittings are secure and leakproof, and are an industry standard that will be compatible with devices from other manufacturers. Apart from fitting size they are essentially the same hose-- tough, semi-rigid, and reliable.
The basic stinky slinky is a bad deal both in both reliability and efficiency, cumbersome to store and inefficient to lay out for usage.
The Waste Master gets points for their hose construction (external spiral) but frankly, I've never had any problem giving my hoses a quick rinse. Their big camlock connector may be impressive, but in the end it's just plastic (unlike the cast and machined metal units used by professional fluid transporters) and to some degree is a solution in search of a problem. Consider then that it is priced about 3 X higher than a proven, reliable alternative, and I personally see no application unless you have some specific, unusual requirement.

I've got 3 8' 5x5" fence post covers mounted under my 5er to store hoses and a couple sections of gutter to support the hoses......and adjustable stands.....trailers do have there advantages!

Waste master also, both for the defy external wire hose and for the camlock fitting, and for the shut off and handle on the drain end. I love that folks will spend 100k on a rig and then splash sewage all over the place with inferior hoses. Don mak no sense to me.

I upgraded to the Waste Master and it is by far the best hose of the ones I researched, especially with the cam lock connections and drain nozzle with shut off and handle. It is a bit pricey compared to others, but well worth it to me to eliminate leaks, etc.

I use the Thetford Titan, crush-able and heat resistant. Since full-timing now for two years, that hose has lasted longer than any other hose I have used including Dominators or Rhino flex.
