Remove radio - add speakers

We have 2015 Thor Miramar. The two speakers in the driver cabin are inadequate for my hearing pleasure. We listen to books on audio, and I have to turn the radio up to "window rattling" to hear anything. I would like to put some additional speakers on the dashboard. I looked on YouTube for some directions to remove the radio and or dashboard to run some additional wires, but I didn't find any help. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

The stereo is held in a sheet metal enclosure by clips. These clips can be pushed out of the way so the radio slides out. Look up your stereo brand and model online and see if directions show what type of removal tools are needed. Some are half loops of wire that get inserted in small holes in the face, others use flat metal probes that are pushed in the sides of the radio to release the clips.
