Usually remove a window to bring a refrigerator in/out.

Sometimes through the windshield opening.
I helped a friend take his old gas/elec unit out of his Camelot and bring in the Samsung unit. Took a side widow out and four of us brought the new one in and took the old one out. Had to remove refer doors. They backed a PU into beside the MH and used it for a platform to work from. I should have had gloves on as the sheet metal is sharp!!

Did this twice on a 2015 Coachmen, actually the factory did. The only way in and out is a side window, not the windshield. You'll need a forklift and scaffolding in addition to several people. It's not a an easy job, not one I hope I have to go through again. No chance that a Whirlpool tech can recharge it? We had to attempt that first, it failed, then it had to be replaced.

I think what you're asking is how to get it out from the wall so a tech can work on it. If it's brand new, it should be covered under warranty. Take it to an authorized Thor dealer and let them worry about how to remove it. Then let them call a Whirlpool tech to repair it or let them replace it.

If it's "brand new" then it is a warranty item. Take it in.

After taking all the doors off etc I watched two men carry out the old and take in the new one with straps like these.

The carrying strap allowed their hands to be free and they were able to get in and out quite easily.

I've read several accounts of residential units with doors removed using the coach front door. One said he also removed the two front seats and it made movement much easier.
