Removing couch from 2001 Daybreak 3130

I would like to know how to take the foldout couch out of a 2001 Damon Daybreak 3130 to have it upholstered. Has anyone done this? Should I first take it to an upholsterer?

We drove our unit to the upholsterer and he knocked it out in a couple of days. I'd suggest that if that's an option for you.

The guy also fixed my recliner at the same time.
