removing molding from 1998 anerican tradition

I have a 1998 American Tradition and the molding that is on the drivers side of the coach is coming off above the bay doors. Some of the screws behind it are broken and I can't figure out how to get the outer part off to reinstall the inside. It looks like the doors are also connected to this trim piece.
