Removing outside oxidation & 1 decal

Well, you all have been so helpful but it looks like we have found our MH. It's a 2012 Winnebago Vista 35F with 18K miles but has been left outside much of it's short life. This coach inside doesn't look like it's even been used but outside there is the beginning of oxidation. There hasn't been any real damage to the clear coat yet and no crazing or delam either. Well, I say no crazing, but one decal (only one) on the slide (6' tall x 12' long) has cracking in it and I want to remove that and just leave it off (white fiber glass behind it) and not replacing it. So the 1st thing I want to do is remove the decal & the oxidation around the entire coach, prep the body and then I'm thinking of having the finish done by a professional using Saphire Flight Shield.

My question is:
What is the best way to remove oxidation and this decal? Is this something I can do and save some money in the preparation stage? If so what are the steps and the tools necessary to do this part?

Go buy a 3m eraser wheel and a good electric drill and go to town. Just did my enclosed box trailer and it sucked. But a couple years ago I did my 2010 toyhaulers stickers and first thing in the morning when it's cool and in the shade take a hair drier D stickers come of that way also. If u do it in the heat of the day the glue will stay. Good luck.

OP here....
Can anyone recommend a professional detailer here in Houston, TX to do this work?

Googling is not showing up very many good results.
