Replace MAYTAG cooktop (stove) please help

Hallo you all.
First of all sorry for my bad english...
I live in Italy and I have an American Gulfstream Independence RV MY2006.
After 10 years I need to replace the stove (cooking top)
Brand is: MAYTAG
The model is: CLZ8560ADB
The serial is: 14184754JE

I found one new at one RV parts seller in USA, i contact them, the cooking top was ok, then I ordered it. But they take my money from the credit card but never ship the stove. ($ 325,- fly away...).

Please help me, her in Italy there is no way to get one or a replacement. After this bad situation I hope that someone could support me like a friend.

Thanks so much for your attention.

Just file a dispute on your credit card and get your money back.

Some of the major stores like Home Depot and Lowes deal with Maytag and should be able to special order it if they don't have it in stock. Dealing with them at least you know they are a reputable dealer.

Good luck.

Please give the name of this supplier who failed to deliver, so the rest of us can beware! Were they aware they would have to ship out of the USA when you ordered?

You can get Maytag cooktop parts and fix yours at places like Parts for Maytag CLY2220BDB13 - AppliancePartsPros.com

I've heard that Maytag discontinued their RV cooktop and range and don't see any sources online. You might find a used one at an RV Salvage Dealer such as Visone RV.

Thanks, Visone did that bad thing to me. take care of your money.

I have to change the stove completely not only some parts....
In Italy (or europe) we do not have any replacement...

I hope you suggest someone that can ship to me from USA or something else to get a new or used one.
Thanks a lot.

Sandro
