replacement dash wood/plastic

has anyone replaced the insturment panels [switches,gauges,etc]on there motorhome. mine are cracked near the screw holes and look dated ,i would like to use the old ones as a template to make new ones. looking for suggestions on what materials to use for the new panels

Carbon Fiber!

Mine are the same, and I actually have piece missing due to some ham fisted PO. I was thinking of taking out all the switches/gauges and laminating a piece of CF cloth over it then several coats of clear..

Aluminum works too and paints up really nice.
