A good muffler/exhaust shop can probably fab up something at a reasonable cost.

If you are after straight stock pipe... all sizes are available in 10 ft lengths from most of the discount auto parts store on special order... if the pipe comes with a stock order there are no freight costs... I ordered a 10 ft 4" piece for a project... bought a heavier gauge than stock that was alumina-zed (sp) so that it won't rust... something like $22... as I remember...
Also most of the exhaust catalogs offer standard bends, and fittings to build your own... which might work for a simple installation..

I have found that Traction Truck Parts is a good place for exhaust parts and clamps. They can supply just about anything in the Donaldson catalogue. They have a number of stores in Nova Scotia.

Diesel is pretty specialized I'm thinking. The systems I'm familiar with are not likely anything you're going to buy over the counter. A truck repair center would be who I'd be talking with. A Cat/Cummins dealer, Freightliner, Peterbuilt, even larger independents should have some ideas.

My exhaust, from the engine to the muffler, has been replaced. There is about 2' of flex pipe coming straight down from the something, the turbo maybe? That flex pipe is connected to a 90 degree elbow which connects to about 3' of straight pipe which terminates in a 45 degree el. That el is connected to the original muffler. From the looks of it, it's all stainless steel connected with 4" wide stainless band clamps.
The original muffler has a few holes in it and the tail pipe from the muffler to the downturn tip looks to be original. The PO said he couldn't find a muffler to fit or he would have replaced that too. I bought an Aero muffler and will replace the original muffler this winter.

The flange on the 8.3 turbo is a goofy one. We have trouble finding them at times. I have ordered them from here.
