Replacing Bathroom Wall Due To Dry Rot

Over the shower has already been redone with a white board. I now need to replace the wall to the right of the mirror. Has anyone taken the mirror off the wall? How did you do it? I really want to replace the whole section so it isn't pieced.

Has anyone replaced the wall so I can get some tips on how to do it.
Thanks so much.
