Hey, my old thread is up and running again!!!
We've been on one long trip to Maine and back and a couple of local campouts since we had the vinyl installed. We still love it! Much cleaner than the carpet and looks so much better. The best mod we've done so far. If I had to do it again, I'd go with the vinyl on the slides instead of carpet. I just like that look better. But, if you read through the thread, you will see that my lack of planning skills put us in a time crunch. The installer that we found didn't think he could install the vinyl in a way that wouldn't wrinkle up when the slides came in, so we went with carpet. Ah well, still looks good.
Next time, Ernie gets to do mine.

Jeff - What type of flooring did you end up using? Adura?

I know I answered you PM, but in case anyone else is wondering, it was not Adura, but a similar, glue-down product. Sorry, don't remember the name.

I ended up using Armstrong's luxury vinyl tile called "ALTERNA", but you have to use their adhesive, which I am still cleaning up because I put too much down. It's thicker than ALLURE because it has some limestone in it, and it comes in 16x16, which was important to us.
