Do you want to put new fabric on the existing frame, or replace the entire window awning? A complete replacement is somewhat easier, but more expensive.

There are several places that will be happy to help you. If your mechanical parts are good it would be cheaper to just replace the cloth.

Try here.

I had to replace all 3 window awnings and the main patio awning. Called "carefree of colorado" they were very helpful. Sent me instructions and even had me call them while I was installing the new fabric Very helpful. You need at least 2 people to do this safely and need to pay special attention to the spring in the awning tube so you don't get hurt. My son and I did the job in 4 hours and they look great!
Total cost was $600. No labor.
