Replacing Quick-fill valve

My 1998 Holiday Rambler fresh water tank fills up when we are plugged into city water. I initially thought the issue might be the check valve on the Shurflo pump. I swapped that out. But it didn't fix the problem. Now I think it must be in the Swann Quick-fill valve that allows me to switch between city water and tank water.
I looked at the assembly, however, and have doubts that I can swap this out on my own.
Does anyone have experience in this swap who might offer some advice on whether or not this is do-able by someone without plumbing skills?

Hi Robertsmelli,
Welcome to iRV2. What is it about the swap that bothers you? Physical location, plumbing connections, etc.

Connections seem to be the hardest part. I unscrewed the 4philips head screws on the valve. But that did very little because the plumbing lies behind a metal false wall. I didn't really know how to proceed.
