I just had mine replaced and it's located behind the right dual tire but the mechanic said he's seen them in different locations. The motor sits on top of the hydraulic tank and you can't replace one without the other. And expensive...a little over 1k.

It may be in the space between the front grill and radiator. Have a look there.

Mine is right behind the grill on the passenger side. I just replaced the motor and bearing. I had to remove the tank to knock out the shaft seal and rusty bearing. Not Fun!!!

On our 2006 Suncruiser (same as Adventurer) 38J it was just to the front of the driver's side front slide. When you opened the front bay door, there was an access hole with the hydraulic control module showing through it. It was in back of that and difficult to get to.

open the main slide. look at the front of the opening. there is an a space to get to the tank/pump assembly, to check the fluid. yes, its difficult to get to. manufacturers dont take into account the fact that things that are used will need repairs sometimes in their life. winnebago is easier to get to compared to others. i have replaced motors, relays, and valves on the pump assembly, and its difficult, but not impossible.
