2015 Coachman Mirada. 2016's I noticed in the videos have latches, but not like these. They remind me of my old camper Dometic latch.

Actually found them since we posted at a dealer in Elkhart, Indiana. We'll try there or a Thor dealer as you suggested. Thx.

I have a Samsung residential fridge in our coach, and it has the Sugatsune latch as mentioned earlier in post #3. There have been a few occasions where we've forgotten to latch the doors and they have swung open while driving. When the latch is in the locked position, it does keep the doors closed. It appears this was added to the fridge doors by the dealer, rather than the fridge being RV-specific with high-effort latches.

My Samsung fridge installer used the Southco latches on the French doors BUT they were only there for one day before I removed them. I absolutely hated the fact that you had to TUG each door to open it and then PUSH each door hard to close it. Under normal circumstances the doors would close on their own using the magnetic seals. So off they came and now we use a 14 inch Velcro strap as shown in a previous post.

Speaking of the Sugatsune latch, you have to be very careful how that latch gets installed. One Monaco owner decided to screw it onto the fridge instead of using 3M double-sided tape. Screwing into the doors or drawer is no problem but when he drilled into the fridge body he punctured a coolant tube thereby ruining a brand new fridge.
