Residential refrigerator and slide issues

The Whirlpool refrigerator in our front slide has always stuck out at the top an inch and a half more than the bottom. I have seen this lots of times and didn't give it much thought, until recently. Out slide is a Schwintek and has begun to slow down on the way in. I have found that the floor the refrigerator sits on has sagged down and is what is causing it to be out at the top.

My dealer shop foreman looked at it and said it probably needs a roller underneath to help support the weight and that once we get the refrigerator back in there straight the slide would probably move in and out much better.

The refrigerator isn't a big deal to take out of the cabinet once the slides are open. I was pondering how to get a roller underneath the floor??? I was thinking of cutting a hole the same size as the roller's plate and sliding it in front the inside, then through bolting it once it is position. Sounds easy enough huh?

Anyone had to do this? Do the rollers come in different heights and widths?

And an important thing to ask, would a roller break the floor tile from the weight?

Why not just reinforce the floor the refer sits on?
