What kind of fridge do you have? There are many different options depending on the style of the fridge.

If they have handles on each side, go get one of those 18" black twisty's from Home Depot of Lowes.

Instead of doing what Don did on our Samsung, we use velcro on the freezer bottom drawer, and a twisty between the two handles on the top. Has been working well for us.

I've also seen one side by side with handles, kept closed via a piece of velcro strapping wrapped around two handles.

Best of luck to you,
Smitty

I also have a two door, I use a velco strap on the doors and commerical velcro tabs on the freezer door at the bottom, both sides.

you can use drawer locks on the bottom freezer drawer and they make a double door latch for doors .looks much nicer.

We had a felt cover board that fit through the handles of our dual door refrigerator. The felt rubbed the stainless steel and left marks. We used a book wrapped with a micro cloth wedged into the door handles with Velcro strips as backup.

You have to remember the door handles are not designed for side to side pressure (tight strips) and most can slide up and off under enough stress.

I use a latch on the two doors:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IKFIICE..._prd_ttl_sol_1

I use pop rivets to attach the two parts, since a sheet metal screw wouldn't hold as well.

On the bottom freezer drawer, I use a long and wide strip of velcro across the front.
The combination works great. Never a worry anymore.
