Rexhall customer service is outstanding!
We have a 2008 Rexhall, and when it was new we had problems with the warranty service manager, and several things were not repaired, or not repaired correctley. After it was off warranty I found out he did not last very long, as he was giving customers the run around to look good. After learning what happened I was going to write Bill Rex, but a stroke put that on the back burner. Several months ago we wrote Bill about the problems that were not repaired under warranty, and sent copys of E mails. About two weeks later he called and we talked for close to an hour and he said that if we would bring it to the factory and leave it they would be repaired. They had our motorhome for three weeks, and Bill called and said it was ready. When I picked it up he showed me the work they had done including several things that were not on my list. Customer service like we recieved is above and beyond! This is our fourth motorhome, and it is our second Rexhall, it has two full length slides on the Workhorse UFO chassis, and we love it. Our first Rexhall was very good in the wind, but this one is fantastic. Bill is in the process of coming out with some smaller more fuel efficent models. He told me he needs to reduce inventory and will cut some good deals.
