Roadmaster Reflex disappointment

Got under the motorhome for oil change this weekend, and panic as I notice small puddle under engine, immediate thoughts of oil leak....crawl under to find oil on the spring around my Reflex device, though oil was dripping from engine onto it, but no... the oil is running out of the shock part of the reflex!.
Kind of thought I wasn't getting the full effect of the reflex last trip, like centering after a turn and such, well now I know. So disappointed as this unit is only a couple of years old. Looking around on the internet I think it is only backed up by a one year warranty. Guess I am looking at installing these every year or two.

Other experiences???

Do you mean this "device"?

Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer

If so the warranty can be found in this pdf: http://www.roadmasterinc.com/pdfinst/RBK11.pdf

I just installed a Safe-T-Plus yesterday. About 5 times the cost but it has a Lifetime warranty.

That's the one, but won't be buying another, not happy with short life. Too bad, it worked great when new, but don't want to replace every year or two.

Thanks Road Master

Customer service came through and worked this out with me. Thanks

They explained that I received a delayed response due to them being at the big FMCA Rally in Atlanta, and backed up on responses. But they did come through for this customer and I appreciate it.

Thanks Again, Graham

Roadmaster Reflex

Very cool! I'm glad they came through for you. I just mounted one on my 2014 Itasca 34f......couldn't believe how it so greatly improved my handling and control. I saw your first post and had my fingers crossed that the seal leak wouldn't befall me as well. I will keep an eye out thanks to your post! Good luck and happy travels!!!

Mike

Glad they finally came though for you.

My only comment is this:
Roadmaster Inc. must be an awfully small company if everybody was at the big FMCA Rally in Atlanta.
