What is the best rv roadside assistance for a motorhome?

Good Sam Platinum is very good. I have used them a few times over the years and very good service.

Just moved from Good Sam to FMCA. Better coverage at half the price however you have to join FMCA.

I’ve had Coach Net for 6 years. Never had to use them.

Check with your insurance company and see if they have the coverage.

I have seen many negative reviews regarding Good Sam. Coach Net gets good reviews but is expensive. Wholesale Warranties, a broker, may be good but I believe thay no longer broker coverage and have thrown they sell. FMCA is somewhat new in the game but looks good at a good price. I just went with them recently but have not had the need to use them yet.

All my insurance is through The Hartford. This year they added roadside insurance but gave no info on the coverage and I haven't found anything on their website so I also kept my CoachNet.

FMCA is supplied by VAS. They have been in the roadside assistance business for years to private organizations. I have FMCA and used it once. Good response on New Year’s Eve.

I've been with Coach Net for ten yrs. They have very good response time when you have an issue and their tech dept can usually help you troubleshoot problems. Maybe they cost more than some other plans but I think they are worth it.

Cost for Coach-Net $249
Cost for GS $150
Cost for FMCA $74 ( + $60 to join)
We currently have GS and have used them with good results but will be changing to FMCA.
They all promise to do the same thing. Your choice.

I have Good Sam, FMCA, CoachNet, and Easy Care. Don’t want to take any chances! I’ll call all 4 if I ever have a problem.

I've been researching this. The benefits of the GS Platinum Complete package seems hard to beat but the reviews of the service are horrid. Is it possible people are buying the lowest possible version and expecting the moon...and then PO'd when it's not delivered to them?
The 1 perk that stands out to me on the FMCA vs GS or Coachnet is the trip interruption insurance. The CN and GS only pay if it's due to an accident. The FMCA pays if due to a break down or disablement of any kind requiring up to 5 days (or so?) stay in a hotel while the Moho is fixed, so says the brochures.
But I dont see any road hazard plans for tires and wheels with FMCA...GS seems to have a road hazard plan paying up to 750 per wheel up to twice per year I think. And that applies to all cars in the family? If you lived where I live and had the horrid roads that would be a big deal for you, as it is me.

Interesting as I just renewed my CoachNet policy for $159. Two years ago after researching all the various packages available,CoachNet seemed to be the best, overall. Each person has their own perspective on what is “best” for them.
