Roof adhesive

Hi! I plan to attach a Winegard antenna (Dome shaped) to the roof of my RV using a roof mount kit (3 metal plates attached to the antenna). My question is what would be a good adhesive / sealant for this? I have a Newmar Class A with a rubber roof.

I would use Dicor lap sealant, the self leveling type. I like Eternabond too, but I think plain old EPDM-compatible caulk is the best and easiest for this particular need.
