Roof air

We have Newmar Kountry air 1997. The front air works fine. The rear does not have power at the unit, neither fan or air. Both fuses are ok. I have switched over to rear. Will not work on shore power or generator. Where do I look next? Brick

Have you checked the circuit breaker?

Has the A/C ever worked? Are you sure the back A/C is not controlled by a separate thermostat in rear bedroom? If your RV is only 30 amp service, there might be a controller that switches A/C back and forth so only one is on at a time.
