Roof delamanation

I have a problem maybe I can get some good advise. I brought my 07 phaeton to tiffin about 2 years ago because my wet bay floor was rotting. as they were fixing it. they saw some cracks on the roof caps. they said they would fix it for free. now I went up on the roof to wash it and I noticed it delaminating where they did the repairs. I had not a problem before they did the repairs. what advise would u give???

I suppose you could call them and see if they offer any assistance. Frankly, after 2 years I'm pretty sure there is no warranty on the work. I'd just take the RV to a local repair shop and have it fixed, unless it is something that I could fix myself.

I would call Tiffin and give them your work order on the first go around and see what they have to say and if that does not work try and get ahold of Bod Tiffin. They have repaired stuff way after the warranty has run out. That is one thing good about Tiffin but you would think after all the same repairs year after year they would change something and get it right.

You definitely need to contact Tiffin immediately and explain what you found. I feel sure they will ask you to return the unit to Red Bay so they can correct any defects with their previous repairs. They stand behind their work and will make any corrections necessary.
