Roof leak

My first rv. just bought 2006 Charleston only 20,000 miles figured it was in good shape. wrong. Put it in my garage and left air on next morning water dripping inside. Lucky it was just about a 2 ft by 4 ft rotten spot on left front corner. Patched that and went ahead and added a new layer of wood on top also. Now it is time to finish with top roof material. It had a flat fiberglass composite material on roof. What is best to replace it with. Six to eight week wait for a new material from factory They suggested using a Filon sheet on top I can get that locally for about the same price

Found a place about 30 miles away. Spent the rest of day getting cement, tape, etc. On my way this morning to get Dycor and Pro Flex in Houston. Should be ready to start this afternoon. Thanks for your help.
