roof maintenance

Looks like my ftx has a plywood roof with some kind of white coating on it. No leaks...YET but I am very interested in the variety of opinions and experiences folks have with maintenance of roofs. resealing, coatings etc.

Thanks in advance

Wash twice a year and coat with uv protection. If you find a problem area that has the potential to leak, put some eternal bond tape on it.

Hi rickricca,
Consider cleaning all the seams and putting EternaBond tape on now. EternaBond is good for 10+ years. If you do this, buy the 4" wide roll and snap a chalk line where you want the edge of the EternaBond is to go. With EternaBond you get only once chance to place it.
