I went up to clean our roof when I noticed a wrinkle/bubble. It looks like the roofing material is coming loose. We have an 06 Itasca 36g. Has any one dealt with this or knows what it is? Do I need to worry about it. How much to repair? See pictures

I don't know if it is delamination or not. The big wrinkle is about 4 feet long running in a straight line from the edge of the coach to the center. And probably two or three inches wide.
It's difficult to tell from the photos, but is the area raised up? It appears to be a straight line, so maybe a seam in the roofing material? I'd have it looked at for sure. Good luck.
