Roof Repair

A recent roof inspection indicated some damage around my skylight. I suspect repairs will include replacing a small section of delaminated decking as well as the skylight.
After removing the skylight, my current plan is to gently lay open the EPDM roofing to expose and remove the bad decking. The roof / ceiling insulation appears to be Styrofoam not fiberglass batting, but I expect some drying time will be needed before I can start putting things back together.
The questions I have:
- Witch adhesive, if any, would you recommend between the Styrofoam insulation and the new decking?
- Which sealant or adhesive, if any, would you recommend between the edges of the new and original decking? (I've thought of laying in a bead of thickened epoxy.)
- Which adhesive would you recommend between the decking and the EPDM roofing?
- Which repair tape would you recommend to reseal the EPDM roofing's surgical cuts?
I have done a lot of on line research, but haven't found satisfactory answers to these questions. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

I use StayPutt II for the Styrofoam and decking
Gorilla glue for the decking seam
Rubber roof glue for bonding the EPDM to decking
EternaBond tape to seal the EPDM seams
Good luck and keep us posted.

I've never done the type of repair you are undertaking so the below is just a thought:

I would mechanically join the edges of the new deck piece to the old decking in addition to adhesive. You could use some thin (like 16gauge) aluminum bar stock about 1.5" wide around the perimeter of the old decking on the Styrofoam (inner) side so that there is an aluminum sill for the new piece to sit on. I would use a bead of 3M 5200 adhesive between the aluminum and old and new decking plus some short self tapping flat head screws. Maybe overkill, but I like that approach.

Thanks to the suggestions and comments form this forum I was able to amass the materials I will need to complete the roof repairs.. Now all I need are some consecutive warm sunny days to tackle the job. I plan to post progress notes with pictures. As the work progresses I remain open to feedback and constructive criticism that might help me do the job easier / better.
