Roof replacement

We have a 2014 Thor Hurricane (bought in March of this year) and have been awarded a warranty claim by Thor to have the complete roof replaced due to wrinkles in the current one. Has anyone had any experience with having this type of work done to their unit and any comments on this would be helpful. Thanks

We had a roof issue as well as a substrate failure on our 2012 Sportscoach Cross Country that required that the entire roof and sheathing be removed and replaced. The only issue that we experienced was making sure all the duct openings were properly cut, debris removed from the ductwork and ceiling light fixtures cleaned and reinstalled properly. Make sure you inspect all of the roof penetrations and trim speaking and caulking and do a follow up inspection 6 months later as heat, sun and movement could cause some cracking or separation. Otherwise all went well. Good luck!
