Roof Replacement

Well the roof on my 38' has given up last fall I used up a roll of eturnabond tape on several bad spots where the sat dish used to be the wood under the roofing is soft and I am sure it will need to be replaced, Now with me being cheap I am going to do it myself and have been pricing materals and am shocked!!!! Here in minnesota at menards I can get .045 TPO 10' x 100' for about $560. and the glue 3.5 gal for $197. But 9' x36' is all that I need, The rv dealers will sell me 8.5' x40' for $576. So does anyone know a place to get TPO cheaper than this? I could buy the 100' roll and try to sell the rest 65 feet that I wont use. Any thoughts???
