Dicor sells caulking for vertical surfaces. I'm using Proflex because that portion is black. On top I'm using Dicor. If you have large cracks you can get a sealing tape. Then Dicor over top. I have several large cracks in my eterna bond tape. I have found a good source for some of the things I can't get local at rvadenver.com. Dicor pretty much available anywhere. Tape and colored sealer more difficult to find in my area.

You can also use a product called OSI Quad. It comes in Black, White, and Clear. It can be found at Home Depot.

I would use white Proflex at the transition molding where the roof meets the side wall.
