Rot

We bought a HR Admiral last August at A CW in northern Georgia. We recently started inside upgrades that we knew it needed. We have already repaired fogged windows. Now we have found rot in side walls and slideout walls. Do we have any chance that they would address this? We bought as is because speedo didn't work. Salesman said all it needed was sensor on rear axle. Replaced sensor no help. Probably pricey abs box.

It never hurts to try but expect the worst. In AZ it's not legal as I would think it is in all states to sell or operate a vehicle without a speedometer
