Routing Exhaust out of garage
My pusher has a 9" exhaust tip that curves down. I want to send the exhaust outside the garage. I can't find any adapter to go over the exhaust tip to connect to a pipe to send out the garage. Any thoughts?

Agreed, should be 4 or 6 inch. I use a piece of 4" dryer flex. 6" furnace flex will also work.

Use a rubber or boot for the connection to the extension tube. I can send a photo later.

Leave the door open. You will need an enormous amount of fresh air
for the engine to run properly.

Finding a hose itself is not the problem. Finding something to reduce the exhaust pipe down to flex hose is the dilemma.

If you intend to do this long term, it might be worth a visit to your local firehouse. They exhaust their engines through hoses to the outside.

Our shop had cones made out of the same steel that ducts are made out of. Wrapped like a ice cream cone.
One end fit a 6" flex pipe and the other about 12" diameter. We would push it over the tail pipe or stack and there was a small chain that could be hooked to something to keep it there.

Very promising! Thank you. May need to find a 10" hose though because of the 90 degree turn.
