Rubber Roof Cleaners/Treatments

I'm running low on the two-part rubber roof cleaner & treatment by PROTECT ALL. They recommend doing the roof 4 times a year, but I have managed to do it about twice a year, and my rubber roof is in good shape. I'm thinking of going to a one-part product where I would rinse the roof free of grime, then apply either 303 Aerospace Protectant, or the Dry Wash Ultra Ion by DWG. In any case, the idea is to provide your roof with the maximum UV protection. Any suggestions on a product that works for you, and the frequency that you use it? Thanks, campers...happy trails.

I don't have experience with many roof products, but I use this as a care reference. Good videos on the site, too. Dicor may be another option for you.

According to Newmar brochures, a 2004 Dutch Star has a Brite-Tek TPO roof, not EPDM rubber (fiberglass was optional). It shouldn't need preservatives. Follow the care instructions on the Dicor site at https://dicorproducts.com/product/br...mbrane-2/#care

I had a coach with Brite-Tek and simply washed it a couple times a year with a detergent and bleach solution (mold was a problem where we kept the rig). Worked fine for us.

If you feel some coating is needed, try a liquid floor wax. It protects the surface, helps shed dirt, is easy to apply and not slippery to walk on when necessary.
