Rubber Roof Cleaning

We have just renewed our rubber membrane on our Fleetwood. As we would like to keep it in top condition, what should we use to wash/clean it and how often.

Thank you for any advice

Does "renewed" mean coating with some product like Liquid Roof, or that the membrane was replaced?

Generally, though, just wash regularly with a general purpose detergent and bleach. What's "regularly"? Whenever it gets dirty, and that varies a lot by where you use and store it. If under trees or in areas where industrial pollutants are in the air, probably every 3-4 weeks is good. If dryer, cleaner air, maybe every 3 months?

Liquid car wash soap and a scrub brush works well.

The new membrane is still EPDM? Both Dicor and Alpha (the main two EPDM membrane makers) have cleaning instructions on their websites.

There are also EPDM roof sealants that I used once per year back when I had a roof like that. Washed with Dawn and a soft scrub brush the rest of the time. The roof was 22 years old when I sold the rig. But it was showing it's age.
