Gated storage with 24-hour security-code access, dump station, and electricity included. (Hapless victims of neighborhood HOA. )

We built a shed to store it in. Good thing we built it a big on the big side as the kids seem enjoy storing their as well.

Moral - you can never build a shed too big.

For 3 years, it protected our RV as it should...There are high winds and it is sunny more than rainy...but thankfully no mold and no paint damage.

It gave it's life to protect the RV, so we have acquired a new one - cost just over $300.

The RV has to be in storage thanks to the HOA and covered RV storage in these parts starts at about $550 for our size RV, so that's is not a reality.

Safe travels

Found this house for sale one day as I was driving by. Has a attached 50 ft RV garage which is partitioned off from rest of the house. It has 30 amp service, a sewer dump and drain in the garage floor for washing. And it's heated. Only 12 minutes from home.

Bought the house. Rented it out. Of course I kept the RV garage for myself. Now I store (and heat) my motorhome for free!
