Ben,
Set the EZ level on a flat surface in the position where you intend to use it (we set ours on the floor to the right of the driver's seat). With the coach level the way you want it to be, press the power button on the EZ level to activate it, then press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until the lights go out, then let go of the button, When all the lights go red, rotate the EZ level 180 degrees (1/2 turn) and place it in the same spot as the original spot. Press and hold the power button for ~1 second, then let go. The lights will go out, then go red for a few seconds, then resume normal operation. It is now calibrated.

Also note, the EZ level, once turned on, will continue to stay on for about 10 minutes, then automatically turn off.

I just looked at the card that came with mine. There is no mention of it requiring calebration.

I think if you look the calibration procedure will be on the inside of the paper fold out, that is the package for the RZ leveler. That's where ours and two others I am familiar with were located. I'm not sure I would trust the leveler straight out of the box. I know, on ours, when I changed the location in the coach where we would set it up. it was way off, until I recalibrated it again.

Here is a file of the card that came with mine. The Cal procedures are included.

I have a set of these levels: Graduated Level, permanently mounted...one on the dash, (for side to side leveling) and one on the wall below the to the drivers side window, (for front to back leveling).
I use them to find a relatively level location while positioning my coach in a campsite... (and they are easy to see/use for precise manually leveling with my RVA jacks after parking).

Thanks Everyone!!! It seems like it was worth the money so far, we'll see how it holds up.

Why would one not use the auto-level function? While the coach is self-leveling, I'm out hooking up the water hose and electricity. Mine works as designed. If it ever gets out of adjustment it is easy to re-calibrate with the adjusting screws in the PC board.
I carry a digital Craftsman level to help re-calibrate if ever necessary.
