Don't give up. It is obvious you are a survior. Each challange you overcome wil just make you stronger. You are not alone many of have some mental health issue. I know how you feel about forgetting and losing stuff. I will not go into all my details. Let's just say one day I had a career path laid out with everything on track the next day it was all over.

man that is so funny LOL i did not see your post in tell after i just got back with the 2ed drive test

so i had it set for today latter at night around 9:00 pm to take it out on the open road .... here where i live there is no cars at that time ....

get the last of the wiring all most done and michelle comes up gerr take me to the ER .... so i take her med day ... and she gets back out 7 hrs latter ... PS michelle is ok its just life for her to be in and out

so we get home and jump right in to the RV Gopro in had ....
but on the Gopro the mic was not pluged in all the way so there is no sound at all to my 1 hr of video

i DO have video and was going to edit and upload it to night but i guess i well take some more video tomorrow on how things are going and upload it tomorrow

humm video with no sound 3X the speed add topgun Music and never mind LOL

but really the RV did a very good job last night and i did not want to push it to hard at first but at the end of the night when i was sure every thing was ok i did push it hard and did see how fast it would go out of the red lights and it did get up and move and got to 60 mpr in no time even knowing the speed limits where i was 45 and 55

but as for a top speed i am sure i can do 75 or more

its hard to see in the video but i was holding 1800 RPM at 59 MPR and it just dropped in to 5th gear

i all so need to make sure my MPR is set right i feel i was going faster then what i was being told .. but i am sure we all get that feeling

but some of my cluster setting are still set to the GM 350 motor

one more good or bad thing not sure the temp is not going over 179
its not stuck it moves

i have never know any year 8.1 to have any thing under a 190 thermostat

and every thing stayed cool under the hood

2ed test drive

i tried to find songs that has no copy rights on them / fan made but if the video is pulled thats why

again sorry there is no sound when driving as the mic was not plugged in all the way so i added some songs i think every one would like

all so again i did not want to push it hard in tell i know every thing is good

i well set the Gopro in the motor bay to make sure the motor mounts are not moving to much

at the end on the way home i gave it about 50% gas as you can see it got to 3000 rpms but the max in the system is 4000 i think

soon i well get started on making a cool looking dash as now i know what i need on buttons nobs bells .. i am sure you get it

i would go to youtube and full size the video to read every thing and see every thing

I love the gas pusher concept, so quiet on the road.

Thanks for the ride. Enjoyed it. It was great.

Does look like you are going a bit quicker than the speedo shows. I would guess better than 65 but hard to tell. Dotted line went by smartly. GPS will give you a good read on the speed.

so friday michelle was feeling good .. one of them not so many good days ...

but any way i pulled every thing i could out of the RV to take it down to get the total weight of the RV to see how bad over i was

mic all so worked right on the Gopro this time
this is real sound and not been played with in any way
i left it that way as some asked about my cooling fan and the sound it puts off as its fixed drive

so i got some good video from under the RV why moving down the road to see how every thing was or was not staying in place

so there is some good video
numbers in the video on weight ...so do i have a fat RV

this is the last time i am going to take it out on the road in tell i get more work done on it and do a tune up

i would really like to know what every one thinks
i know alot where holding off in tell they seen it run and drive

If you have access to reflash the PCM for your 8.1 I noticed some "popping" from the exhaust at about 1000 to 1500 rpm. A little more ignition advance will clean that up and give you more torque on accel from a stop. I like the dash layout you have chosen and watch for more to come!! Love the cieling treatment! Can I copy?

yes you can copy any thing you see here

i had a guy on ebay flash the PCM and i forget if i had him tune it for towing or MPG ... giving it is shifting sooner then i think it should i think its set for MPG ... but part of me thinks i told him to just go stock

latter i well get HPtunes or EFI live and tune it my self

i still have a miss and i think a coil is bad on C8 or C7 and is not firing at all so i well do a tune up soon

PS i guess the way you have "popping" that my spelling my be off again LOL

Yup, I can hear the miss and agree it may be a coil. Is your PCM 100 percent obdll? If so you will have misfire counters in the PCM history and can quickly I'd the offending cylinder. If you have missis with four or more cylinders I would boost fuel pressure just a little and see if the miss clears up. Try a 5 ohm resistor in series with the coolant temp guage. This will fool the PCM that the engine is a few degrees cooler Than it is and fatten the mixture just a little.

i still really have to make sure the temp censor is the right one

the motor was befor this a LP 2002 motor from a LP C4500

in the LP setups they did one of 2 things swopped in a def temp unit or did a edit in the OS ...

and giving its was a 512 ECM with 2002 wiring and i am not sure if the same temp unit was used from 2002 up to 2005 ...???? i think it was and the dash is showing temp just low if you ask me 170

i was lucky as they installed a reman new year motor in the truck befor i got it so the block was a newer year .. timing chain censor gave that away what year it was .. so it was not hard for me to do the update on my wiring with a newer 1mb ECM

thanks for the tip on the 5 ohm resistor i well keep that in mind

when i can get the money i well order a copy of HPtunes as thats what he used to flash with .. i was hoping for more EFI live

as for the Is my PCM 100 percent obdll? i am not 100% sure ? not sure how to know or where to look ... i did do all wiring to stock

i am still editing the video on the roof piece but it is now made and out
its going to be around 45 mins long
