I am truly amazed with your talent, patience, tenacity, and dedication! I had a '99 American Eagle that was totaled by a motorhome fire. I wish you any your wife luck and I can't wait to see the updates and finished build!

I totally concur with all of the comments made so far. This is absolutely an amazing undertaking. It really deserves a segment on one of the RV shows. Best of luck in your travels and I would love to see the coach in person.

Hi Michelle, Great to hear from the young lady behind the man in this ambitious enterprise! All the support and kind words are well deserved by both of you!

I've read this total thread....in awe. I would think one of the mfgs. out there would love to pick up your project and document your journey. If not their missing out on a great opportunity. There are very few people who possess your skills. Keep us posted and don't worry about the spelling....and thanks for sharing!!

Just can't wait to see the final product . I would have loved to see what you could have done with that Tour. That would have been too easy and you might have just gotten bored with it.

Interesting to follow your project. The 8.1 engine was used in the Workhorse Chassis UFO, rear mounted. You might want to review the Workhorse Forum for issues they had with the water pump. I think there is a replacement pump for the stock pump to counteract the reverse placement of the engine.
I would love to see the completed project some day when I am in Florida.
