RV parking at UT football game

Where is the best place to park at a University of Tennessee football game? Have never been to one and not sure where to go. Probably arriving Saturday around noon, 35ft class A. Plan to stay over Saturday night after the game but don't want to be in a wild party area, grandchildren will be aboard. Have read the AG campus is good, and believe there is free shuttle service from AG to the stadium.
Any advice on parking for a game much appreciated. Thanks Jim

I have been to several college football games. I call the athletic dept. at the schools and ask about places to park for the games. I've found that many schools designate areas in their parking lots just for RVs. The chance of a "wild party" are no different then if you were at a CG. I not had this problem yet.

Good luck.

One of the first things the boys asked us, after we bought our first coach, was when we were going to go to a Bama game and tailgate. Sure thing, we're on!! "...boys, we supply the motorhome, you guys supply a spot."

Well, seems that spots for RVs run several hundred dollars...per...game. That is boon-docking, too, and nowhere close to the stadium.

Needless to say, we enjoy the games at home by the pool, and let the rich crazies tailgate at Bama games.

To the OP, hope your Vols do well this year, and hope you find a place to park!

unfortunately I can't help with the OP
But Baylor University has done a fabulous job on their new stadium for full hook up RV right outside the stadium and right along the tail gate vendor area. It is really a nice set up.

here at Oklahoma university they open the basketball parking up for RV and have limited electric, of course the alumni have there own parking lot right by the stadium, all boondocking but pretty nice location.

Me and my friend at work keep looking for tailgate opportunities, we would of course like it to be an OU game but honestly don't really care just want to go tailgate in the RV......LOL (reasonable distance of course)

Tailgating at U of M in Ann Arbor is not cheep either! With a motor home it is $350 per game! I think if you want to reserve a spot for every game it is $1500 to reserve the spot but you still pay $350 per game on top of the $1500 for the season! But is is a great time! Night games we go in on Friday night and stay till Sunday ! Parking is right across the road from the stadium in the Pioneer high school parking lot!
