I don't know why people get so riled up by not being "accepted".
"I will spend my money elsewhere." good to know!
I don't think it is a bad thing to have standards.

RV parks refusing RV's older than 12 years

I've a seasonal site at a campground / resort in NH. Ten year old rule and no brand new ones unless you bought it there. My fiesta is an 02, guess I passed the test. Rules..... Have a golf cart...must carry liability insurance, have them inspect it and have a site ID. NH, live free or die? We have an idling law. 32 degrees to -10, ten minutes. Below -10 fifteen minutes.

A little Zep floor wax to make it shiny, and you're good!

Looking good but I would avoid the pot holes in the road.

I think part of the thought process might be that only kids own older RVs because that's all they can afford and you know those kids play loud music and party all night!!
Well, we have an older rig and we have twice provided pictures (I keep them handy now) to parks for approval. We have never been turned down. I don't think its a bad idea.

I would take my money elsewhere... to a park that's restricted to 55 and older. I don't enjoy having a bunch of kids running around at all hours. My motorhome is an older rig, but we maintain it. I understand their reasoning but don't have to support them with my hard earned money. We've been on the road the better part of three months with some pretty nasty weather and our MH shows it. It still looks good for her age cracked windshields and all.

I agree with others, this is much like zoning ordinances and meant to protect others from being parked next to the Clampett family. Send a pic of your older rig and if it's not a rolling wreck, sounds like there's not likely to be any issue. Don't think they're targeting well cared for vintage rigs.

I would much rather have the Clampetts park next to me then Mrs.Drysdale
