Yes indeed NH " live free or die" No income tax, No sales tax But bend over when you get your property tax bill at the end of the year.

If your coach is in good shape visually, most will let you in. They don't want to have to let "trailer trash" type coaches in, and no, I'm not passing any judgement.

The "10 year old" rule is just a line in the sand. You can't exactly have a "no junk" rule and expect people to haul out there to be rejected at the gate. Instead, the rule is defined and exclusionary - so no surprises, other than being let in by an exception.

Can you come up with a better way to prevent junk?

I agree.......the 2 things I have no time for in my life
No need to lie, if asked the question, there must be a reason............As posted, our Coach is 15 years old this year........the office has gazed out of the office, or been out front to welcome us (Places with 10 year limits) and just welcomed us at arrival.

Wow it gets harsh on this forum more and more. Do you really think he teaches his kids to lie and cheat. Let's but our self righteous keyboards away and treat each other with some respect. I almost never run into rude folks when in different parks and we full time. Why al the hostility?

They're probably just mad at folks who write a post but don't check their spelling and punctuation.

I appreciate all the posts.

I certainly understand the rule and why they have it. I guess we just were shocked by the rule. Especially because our 40 foot Country Coach looks so new. We did send pictures and they have "approved" our Coach . Regards.

IMO the 10 year old rule may be a tool used by some parks to help maintain a clean park.

I beleive that a coach maintenance reflects the standards of the occupants. If the coach is not maintained it is likely the occupants will not maintain their campsite. Last thing I would like is trash laying around on the campsite next door.

Age is a definition. You have to be 13 to be a teenager, 16 to have a drivers license, 18 to vote and drink.

The 10 year rule will not eliminate all of the folks who do not maintain their rig or site but if the rig is well maintained it is likely the site will be as well.
