RV Port Home
We are wanting downsize and build an RV Port Home as a home base so we can get away more often. We would like the living quarters to be simple and small and the attached RV garage area to be at least 45 feet long. Trouble is.... we can not find any good options on the internet to buy a kit. Would prefer an all metal kit, but will consider other options. Can anyone recommend a reputable company that sells these kits? Thanks!

How much kit?
The supplier of our shop usually states folks buying them for multi use with shop downstairs and living upstairs.
We built ours solo except for a few parts where a friend or DW held long parts.
You build to suit.
Here are some photos and it can be custom in x, y and z to any size to 6 inch steps so 15 ft drive through no issue, ours was limited due to zoning.

Thanks for the nice photos.... looks really great. Our needs are minimal, just a place to stay when we are not on the road. Will probably be traveling at least 50-75% or the time. I was thinking of a batt wing type of structure with living quarters on one side, enclosed car garage on the other and the RV garage in the middle. I saw some photos on line but can not find the company that sells them. I believe they may have gone out of business because when you click on their site you get a message that their web site is for sale. Weird..... I am hoping to get several responses with several kit options from this posting.

A couple of years ago I built a Mueller 50x50 steel building to hold my 40' Revolution. It has 2 car bays for toys.
I shelled in about 25x20 as an office, kitchenette and bathroom.
I had approx. $20 per sq ft in it for the foundation, building components and professional install.
The shelled area, electrical and lighting will be an added cost.
I don't live in mine but, I plan on building another in a few years to use as a home port.
I love it.

Do a search for "barndominium". Most are built with horses in mind, but I've seen a few built for RV's that are really nice.

Can't recommend a sell but see page 36 of the link below for an example and ideas. Couple built a 30 X 55 insulated pole barn without a kitchen so it is taxed as an out building. Lots of options.
