Unhappy RV Products BCC Part FW-2050

I own 2007 Hurricane and the battery disconnect is not working. Does anyone have access to the diagram and instructions for the RV Custom Products FW-2050. I can"t even open it up. How do I open the box. The 2 dog ears don't seem to work???

Does anyone have a repair manual?

Hurricane Battery Disconnect

Here is a link to a thread regarding a 2006 Hurricane with the same problem. It may be the same disconnect. They included a PDF trouble shooting guide.

There another thread discussing a recall for this
