If you take a day trip to Baton Rouge I can recommend The RV Shop or Millers RV. If you run over to Hammond you can go to Dixie Rv (Camping World). I know it is not exactly what you asked but I am in BR and don't know much about where to go in NO but can give you the above suggestions. Depending on what chassis you have they are bound to have a service center in NO.

Try looking up Mid South Cummins I usually take our rig to a Cummins dealership for service. They get it right, they stand by their service, and they are all around the country. I think there's one over in Kenner and Jefferson. Good Luck

X2 use Cummins-Mid South. You really don't want to go the CW @ Dixie RV in Hammond for chassis service. Really!

Their is a freightliner/cummins dealer in Slidell La. About 30 miles east of New Orleans just off I10.

All good suggestions above, but call first to make sure they will work on your rig.
