Previous discussions for this subject. With so few "actual" users you will hear very little first hand experience. There is also a "horror story" in there of a FMCA denial for a trip that should have been paid by insurance rather than FMCA.

check it out. I just became aware of it and it has more options than the others. It does cost more but the benefits are worth it if you really think you need it.
Also covers you in Mexico, Canada, Caribbean Islands. We purchased a 5 year plan and you get a 6th year free.

FMCA. It's free with your membership. And we have had 3 of our friends use it and no cost to them. It's great program
