RV vacuum toliet reconfiguration

We had to have our complete Sealand vacuum toilet system rebuilt about two and a half months ago. About three weeks ago we started having strange noises coming out of the vacuum generator and the company sent us a new one. Have replaced it, but this has led me to wonder if anyone has reconfigured their system to a conventional system. Would appreciate any experience in such a change, problems, cost, who may have done the work, etc. Love my RV, but this system is really frustrating me.

There is no way to eliminate the vacuum pump because you have 2 toilets and neither one sits over the black tank and you have long horizontal runs to the tank that can't gravity drain. Sorry to here you have had problems but I have the same setup and have had a good experiance with it. Hopefully that new pump will serve you better.

Yes, it would be a re-configuration, it would no doubt be expensive. Seems I saw someone on a forum once who had done it. But can't find it now. The black tank is in the rear of the rig, under the back bath sink. It would require the front bath to be remove and sealed up. Then the back bath would have to be reconfigured with the toilet next to the shower to drop straight to black tank and a lavatory that wraps, rather like the Tiffin 36LA does. Seems like it could be made to be a straight drop, one toilet system. However, just trying to see if anyone else has done it... New pump is working, however goes off about every 10 min, which of course means air leak somewhere in the system. So going to take it apart again today. Hate this system, would not recommend, would never buy again and will warn others, 2 bathrooms, NOT worth the hassle. Love the RV, but not this system. Hate to give up the floorplan, but that's the next step.
