Can anyone recommend a decently priced wash and wax in Yuma?

It seems that every campground in Yuma has a group that services that CG. Usually runs from $1 to $2 a foot for wash and maybe the same to wax. As with anything check with others in the park for a recommendation.

Papi's detailing did a wash for us several years ago. They were mobile arrived on time worked hard and did a good job. They advertise wash and wax carpet cleaning etc;

928-373-7224 and 928-343-2906

I have no idea if they are still around but it is a lead.

I use Benjamins out here in YPG but look at the White Pages newspaper and you will find dozens that do it all and they all do a good job. You just have to check on them.

Thanks everyone. We'll be boondocking (not in a campground) so I won't be able to ask around. The recommendations are great.

So turns out most of these guys need an RV Park to come see you, but we found one guy (Roberto's - recommended on another forum) who will meet us at Walmart on Sat and do it there. So, this will be an experiment!

Will let you all know how it goes!!

Do you mean Robert's RV Wash & Wax @ 928-919-4881 or 928-785-0542?
A few year ago he did an excellent wash job, on our 35' coach, in the parking lot of the S Pacific Ave Walmart, for $35.
We found his ad, and 4-5 others, in the free Yuma White Sheet newspaper.

BTW, the 3 other "RV Wash" advertisers we had set up appointments with never bothered to show up.... (it's a PITA to sit and wait for an hour + for a "no show").

Good luck.

Yup, that's the one, and we're meeting him in the same spot. Happy to hear he did a good job for you!

So wash and wax turned out great. They used RO water & did hand-wax job with Maguire's. Happy with the results! We'd do it again.

That price you were quoted is about the going price everywhere. $1.00 per foot. And about $400.00 for a good wax job. That's what I've been told every where

We paid $125 for the full wash and hand wax on our 40-foot class A. They also washed the car in that price. That's the rate here in a Yuma. Quite the steal!
